1Acceptance of sis4d Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sis4d (including the sis4d.my website, mobile app, and all related services), you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Platform sis4d accepts deposits via the following Malaysian digital payment methods:

All deposits must come from a legitimate funding source that belongs to you. sis4d does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits received due to technical errors or that exceed the set limits may be returned at the platform's discretion.

You are not permitted to deposit funds with the intention of withdrawing them without placing sufficient wagers. "Churning" — repeatedly depositing and withdrawing without any genuine gaming activity — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Member sis4d may submit a withdrawal request for winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM 1,000): A wagering requirement of 25× the bonus value must be met within 30 days of the bonus credit date before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and, where necessary, appropriate legal action.

9Account Closure & Suspension

sis4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud or attempted fraud involving the payment system, bonuses, or games.
• Activity indicative of money laundering or the use of funds from illegitimate sources.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member themselves (including through self-exclusion programmes).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team sis4d. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account (once all conditions have been satisfied) will be returned within 5–10 business days.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance associated with the breaching activity may be forfeited in full. Balances from legitimate deposits unrelated to the violation will be returned at the discretion of sis4d once the investigation has been completed.

Maximum liability limit sis4d to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
